About us

Having previously worked as an osteopath following a four year degree course, you can be assured that I know how the body moves, it's ability to adapt and how it can become injured.

 

By taking the time to understand you and your aims, I can deliver Pilates sessions designed for your individual needs, enabling you to experience the many benefits Pilates has to offer. 

  • My initial Pilates matwork teacher training was with Body Control Pilates, and I continue to build on my knowledge by attending courses, conferences and talks, and gaining additional qualifications.

  • These have tended to focus on my interests in sport and helping people to be as physically active as possible. I am therefore proud to offer specialised Pilates sessions for those who participate in sports and for antenatal and postnatal women.
