What to expect

You will complete an Enrolment form before we meet, covering your medical history and aims.

At your initial session we will assess your movement and posture and introduce you to Pilates.

Additional sports specific assessments will be performed taking into account your particular goals or if you are rehabilitating an injury.

We'll discuss the most appropriate plan for you depending on all the findings we make.

Progress will be continually monitored during subsequent sessions.
