Group

Group sessions enable you to do Pilates with people of a similar level and with common goals. They are kept small to ensure corrections are seen and alterations can be made. 

Your initial individual Pilates session or sessions will enable us to provide an assessment and to discuss with you our findings, answer any questions and to suggest the best way forwards. By subsequently joining a group class, you will progress along with the other attendees in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

  • Before we meet you will complete an Enrolment form covering your medical history and aims.

  • At your initial individual session we will assess your movement and posture and introduce you to Pilates.

  • We'll discuss the most appropriate plan for you depending on your circumstances and goals. An appropriate group class will be suggested for you to join if this is your chosen path and there is availability. 

  • Progress will be continually monitored during subsequent sessions.
