Individual

Our experience of working with individuals in an osteopathic setting means we have a unique perspective when teaching Pilates to understand how your body moves.

Individual Pilates sessions give us time to follow a personalised plan, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and new goals.

  • Before we meet you will complete an Enrolment form covering your medical history and aims.

  • At your initial session we will assess your movement and posture and introduce you to Pilates.

  • We'll discuss the most appropriate plan for you depending on your circumstances and goals. 

  • Progress will be continually monitored during subsequent sessions.
